class="subheads"><strong>Directions on How to Use the OCHNA Community Calendar </strong></p> <p>The OCHNA Community Calendar is viewable by anyone visiting the site. Member partners have the added feature of adding and deleting events on the calendar. Follow the directions below to view the calendar and add new events. </p> <p class="subheads"><strong>Navigation </strong></p> <p>Once the separate Calendar window pops open you will see a calendar with many icons on the top bar. The icons allow you to do specific functions, see below for a key. </p> <p><img width="15" height="16" src="images/clip_image001.gif" alt="*calendar with an arrow to the left">Clicking on this icon allows you to <strong>go back </strong> to a previous month s calendar. </p> <p><img src="images/clip_image002.gif" alt="key over a calendar" width="17" height="16">Clicking this icon allows you to <strong>search </strong> the calendar for a specific phrase or word. </p> <p><img width="15" height="16" src="images/clip_image003.gif" alt="calendar with an arrow to the right">Clicking on this icon allows you to <strong>go </strong><strong>forward </strong> to the next month s calendar. </p> <p><img src="images/clip_image004.gif" alt="key icon" width="16" height="15">Clicking on this icon allows you to <strong>sign in </strong> so you can <strong>add </strong> or <strong>delete </strong> an event. Just click it and type in your login and password. </p> <p><img src="images/clip_image005.gif" alt="printer icon" width="16" height="14">Clicking on this icon allows you to <strong>print </strong> the calendar. First click on the printer icon and then right click your mouse and select print from the menu that appears. </p> <p><img width="18" height="15" src="images/clip_image006.gif" alt="calendar with an arrow pointing upwards and to the right">Clicking on this icon allows you to <strong>go to </strong> any month that you chose from the drop down windows on the far right of the calendar. </p> <p class="subheads"><strong>Adding an Event </strong></p> <p><img src="images/clip_image004.gif" alt="key icon" width="16" height="15">Clicking on this icon allows you to <strong>sign in </strong> so you can <strong>add </strong> or <strong>delete </strong> an event. Just click it and type in your login and password. After signing in with the key icon, you can add an event. In order to add an event just click on the date (the number in the top left hand corner) and a window will open that will have an online form for you to fill out. Just fill in the necessary information, including time, location and contact information. Click <strong>Save </strong> or <strong>Save and Add Another </strong> Event, if you do not want to add an event or have made a mistake just click <strong>Cancel </strong> to return to the Calendar. </p> <p class="subheads"><strong>Deleting or Editing an Event </strong></p> <p><img src="images/clip_image004.gif" alt="key icon" width="16" height="15">Clicking on this icon allows you to <strong>sign in </strong> so you can <strong>add </strong> or <strong>delete </strong> an event. Just click it and type in your login and password.
