on How to Use the OCHNA Community Calendar
The OCHNA Community Calendar is viewable by anyone visiting
the site. Member partners have the added feature of adding
and deleting events on the calendar. Follow the directions
below to view the calendar and add new events.
Navigation
Once the separate Calendar window pops open you will see
a calendar with many icons on the top bar. The icons allow
you to do specific functions, see below for a key.
Clicking
on this icon allows you to go back to a
previous month’s calendar.
Clicking
this icon allows you to search the calendar
for a specific phrase or word.
Clicking
on this icon allows you to go forward
to the next month’s calendar.
Clicking
on this icon allows you to sign in so you
can add or delete an event.
Just click it and type in your login and password.
Clicking
on this icon allows you to print the calendar.
First click on the printer icon and then right click your
mouse and select print from the menu that appears.
Clicking
on this icon allows you to go to any month
that you chose from the drop down windows on the far right
of the calendar.
Adding an Event
Clicking
on this icon allows you to sign in so you
can add or delete an event.
Just click it and type in your login and password. After signing
in with the key icon, you can add an event. In order to add
an event just click on the date (the number in the top left
hand corner) and a window will open that will have an online
form for you to fill out. Just fill in the necessary information,
including time, location and contact information. Click Save
or Save and Add Another Event,
if you do not want to add an event or have made a mistake
just click Cancel to return to the Calendar.
Deleting or Editing an Event
Clicking
on this icon allows you to sign in so you
can add or delete an event.
Just click it and type in your login and password. To delete
an event click on the event title and scroll down to the bottom
of the page and select edit or delete
.
